Well, the only texture mods I've personally tested are ones that transform Liberty City into New York City. The GTA Universes' humourous take on shops is kind of funny for the first couple of years but after a while you wanted something more realistic, real brands, shops, taxi's etc. I know some of the entries use GTA wiki images but those will be replaced in due time like any you would submit.
